Challenges:
Challenge 1: Integrating a large amount of multimedia content (2D animations and videos) without compromising quality.
Solution 1: Striking a balance when exporting video, Lottie, and GIF files to achieve a size suitable for the web without becoming excessively heavy. This was achieved through extensive trial and error in the file export process until finding an optimal balance.
Challenge 2: Setting up scroll-snap for the home section.
Solution 2: Adapting content using custom code to implement scroll-snap functionality on the home section of the website. Content for each section was tailored for the desktop version, while other size versions were left with natural scrolling.
Challenge 3: Exporting files to Lottie from After Effects (AE) that are created with native plugins and do not export well.
Solution 3: Revising and modifying the animations directly from the source (in AE) to be created without plugins, ensuring they can be exported properly to Lottie.
