Their main sales channel is their website, so they decided to invest in a website far superior to the one they previously had in WordPress, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality. They carry out constant Google Ads campaigns and aim to have a robust foundation for organic positioning (SEO).

- Achieve a superior level of customization beyond what WordPress and Elementor (their initial website) offer to highlight the uniqueness of Mundo Latino.
- Establishing a website with robust foundations for SEO, SEM, and diverse A/B campaigns.
- Implementing individual pages for each of the 10 offered services, allowing seamless content updates.
- Developing a CMS-based page for scheduled seasonal promotional campaigns, enabling effortless creation, editing, and deactivation by the client.
- Ensuring website availability in multiple languages (English and Spanish).
User Objectives
- Easily access and understand information about the notary services offered, including legal processes, and requirements, in both English and Spanish.
- Find clear contact information and easy-to-use contact forms to inquire about services, schedule appointments, or ask questions.
- Navigate through the website intuitively, with clear menus, labels, and navigation elements, regardless of their level of technical expertise or familiarity with legal terminology.
- Access helpful resources such as FAQs, legal guides, or articles to educate themselves on various legal matters relevant to the Latin community in New York.
Challenges
Challenge 1: Managing the significant time zone difference between myself in Australia and Bali and the client in New York.
Solution 1: Great organization and communication strategies. We utilized tools like Loom for sharing new deliveries and scheduled meetings for important milestones, ensuring that both parties remained aligned despite the time zone difference.
Challenge 2: Achieving strong SEO for the website was a crucial challenge, requiring careful attention to various technical aspects.
Solution 2: We collaborated closely with the client and their advertising agency to identify relevant keywords to include in the website's content. Additionally, we meticulously optimized the website's technical aspects for SEO, ensuring that it met industry standards and best practices.
Challenge 3: Implementing a CMS with different designs per section of the website presented a complex challenge, as it required maintaining consistency while allowing for distinct visual elements.
Solution 3: To tackle this challenge, we employed custom code with JavaScript. This allowed us to utilize the same CMS across the website while implementing unique layouts for each section, such as the services page.
