Client Objectives:

  • Offering a web platform with user login/register for our main users (travel agencies) to download travel plans, while projecting the trajectory of the company through a website with a personalized and beautiful graphical interface
  • Reflect Opermundo's identity through a website design focused on high-quality photographs.
  • Ensuring the functionality of restricted access through login/sign-up for their primary clients (travel agencies); and to have an admin panel to edit these users.
  • Having the autonomy to create, edit, and delete tour packages instantly; without the need to depend on the development agency.
  • Offer parents the confidence they need regarding the tourism packages designed for students from schools and colleges, encouraging them to choose Opermundo for their children's travel plans.

User Objectives:

  • Find all the necessary information about the various tourism packages offered by Opermundo.
  • Find exclusive information and downloadable files with preferential prices quickly and easily (travel agencies).
  • Navigate intuitively through Opermundo's tour package offerings.

Challenges:

Challenge 1: Implementing the same parallax effect (Hero-Home) for web loading as well as for scrolling.
Solution 1: Using native Webflow animations, this was achieved by selecting different container elements for each of the effects.

Challenge 2: Meeting a tight deadline due to an important Opermundo event where the new website had to be presented.
Solution 2: Collaborative efforts with the client, involving thorough organization on both sides. The client showed great openness to receiving guidance from our team.

Challenge 3: Login/Sign-up Module
Solution 3: Taking advantage of the fact that Webflow had just released its native Memberships module around that time, even though there wasn't much information available at the time.
