SOLEST (Soluciones Estratégicas S.A.) is an Ecuadorian company specializing in comprehensive engineering solutions for industrial optimization. They provide industrial automation, water treatment, and logistics optimization services across various sectors. They partner with world-leading brands to provide industrial automation, water treatment, and logistics optimization services.
The project encompassed both a comprehensive rebranding effort and the development of a new professional website. Beyond establishing a fresh brand identity, we focused on creating a platform that effectively organizes complex technical information from 9 global manufacturing partners into cohesive, user-friendly service categories. Through careful UX/UI design and Webflow development, we created a solution that bridges the gap between sophisticated industrial solutions and accessible user experience, complete with HubSpot CRM integration for effective lead management.

Challenge 1: Time Zone Management Working with a 12-hour time difference between development team and client.
Solution 1: Implemented clear project scope management with:
- Detailed documentation through Loom videos
- Structured communication protocols
- Well-defined milestone schedule
Challenge 2: Technical Integration Encountered errors when importing project from Relume library.
Solution 2: Direct communication with Relume support through their Slack channel for immediate resolution.
Challenge 3: Information Architecture Complex task of organizing and presenting vast technical information from multiple global partners cohesively while maintaining clarity and user engagement.
Solution 3: Leveraged AI and cloud technologies to analyze and structure the complex partner information. This enabled us to create an optimized information architecture that grouped similar technologies and solutions logically, making it easier for users to find relevant information regardless of the manufacturing partner. The result was a clear, hierarchical structure that prioritized user needs over partner segmentation.
